The conference will be held at the Smithfield Center 220 N Church Street Smithfield Virginia on Friday October 22 & Saturday October 23rd 2021.
More details will be posted and emailed to registrants once they become available.
We are closely watching the Covid pandemic situation and will keep members updated on any developments regarding the conference. As far as we know we will be proceeding with this year's Fall Meeting.

We plan to have Master Beekeeper testing which you can sign up for here if you wish to take the tests.
FRIDAY BUFFET DINNER OPTIONS
Steamed Shrimp, Fried Flounder, Baked Ham, boiled Potatoes green beans rolls or Vegetarian Lasagna and Sweet or unsweet tea. There will be apple cobbler available for dessert.
SATURDAY LUNCH OPTIONS
Fried Chicken/ BBQ BOX, slaw, baked beans and hush puppies or Garden Salad Lunch BOX. These will be in to go trays with meal kits. Sweet tea and unsweet tea will be available.
