please list the information you would like noted on the website, such as if attendees may pre-order products for pick-up at the meeting, a cut-off date of pre-orders, etc.
Each Vendor space holds a 3x6 ft Table (Base registration price includes (1) Table space there is a field to add additional tables $15 per table)
Vendors may apply and pay the table/lunch fee via the VSBA Web site or send a check, payable to VSBA, to Virginia State Beekeepers Association c/o Ronald V. Davis, 406 Willards Way, Yorktown, VA, 23693, and postmarked NLT October 8, 2021.
The check amount may include both the table fee and the cost of Friday’s buffet and/or Saturday’s box lunch. Watch the VSBA Web site for information regarding lodging in the Smithfield area.
Table space is limited, so submit your vendor registration form and payment as early as possible to ensure your space is reserved. Should the conference be canceled, your fees will be refunded.
FRIDAY DINNER OPTIONS
Steamed Shrimp, Fried Flounder, Baked Ham, boiled Potatoes green beans rolls or Vegetarian Lasagna and Sweet or unsweet tea. There will be apple cobbler available for dessert.
SATURDAY LUNCH OPTIONS
Fried Chicken/ BBQ, slaw, baked beans and hush puppies or Garden Salad Lunch. These will be in to go trays with meal kits. Sweet tea and unsweet tea will be available.
